Management experts are always coming up with innovative ideas to improve the work environment, inspire employees and raise productivity. Big companies in Germany, like Lufthansa, Siemens, Daimler, BMW and Volkswagen's Audi, are bringing harmony to the workplace by having symphony orchestras and encouraging employees to play music together.
