Police in Serbia say they have arrested two former state security agents suspected in the killing of a prominent Serb journalist during the rule of strongman Slobodan Milosevic.
Officials say former State Security Service officers Ratko Romic and Milan Radonjic were arrested Tuesday on suspicion of orchestrating the murder of Slavko Curuvija.
He was shot outside of his central Belgrade home in April 1999, during NATO's bombing campaign against Serbia's actions in Kosovo.
Curuvija was a fierce critic of the former leader and his murder has long been blamed members of Milosevic's inner circle.
