Europe-Turkey Deal to Stem Refugee Flow Criticized As ‘Inhumane’

The European Union and Turkey appear close to striking a deal to try to end the flow of migrants crossing to Greece. The details are still to be finalized at another migration summit later this month – but the agreement has already been criticized by the human rights group Amnesty International as ‘inhumane’.
