As new and more potent coronavirus variants emerge and reports show some vaccines declining in efficacy, countries -- mostly in the developed world -- are getting ready to provide booster shots. But many health experts say they are not needed –- at least yet –- and the World Health Organization says available vaccines should go first to the unvaccinated in less-developed countries.
