Since Sunday, Armenian and Azerbaijan forces have been fighting over the disputed Caucasus’ Nagorno Karabakh enclave. With the fighting escalating, the support for Azerbaijan by Turkey, a NATO member, is drawing growing international scrutiny and criticism. Dorian Jones reports from Istanbul.
