Israel is in the midst of an impressive vaccination program that aims to have most of the population vaccinated by the end of March. But next door, the Palestinian Authority has not yet begun to vaccinate its population as the number of cases climbs in both the West Bank and Gaza Strip. Some human rights organizations say Israel, which controls the West Bank and Gaza Strip, must distribute vaccines there as well. Linda Gradstein reports for VOA News from Jerusalem.
