U.S. emergency and security officials are working with local governments to prepare for the 2018 hurricane season, which officially begins this month. Scientists predict a very destructive season with storms powered with super-strong winds. President Donald Trump met with officials of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) on Wednesday to discuss preparedness for this season. VOA's Zlatica Hoke has more.
