For many jobseekers in China, opportunities for work are best found in the country's coastal cities such as Shanghai, where more than half the city's 24 million people are from other parts of the country. As the cost of living continues to rise and the economy slows, some are considering returning home to look for work. But many are finding it hard to leave. VOA’s Bill Ide has more.
