Maine state Representative Diane Russell, a Bernie Sanders supporter, addresses the changes made to the Democratic Party's use of superdelegates, reducing that number by two-thirds. The crowd cheers. Russell has the crowd on its feet and chanting, "Bernie."
Russell says they are the party of the 99 percent, the downtrodden, the working class, the forgotten. Crowd chants, "Not for sale!"
Russell, explaining the rules committee changes, has the crowd screaming, "This is what democracy looks like!" She says she is standing with her Democratic family. She urges delegates to stand together, saying whether you support Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders, they'll have a voice in a Clinton administration. And supporters of each candidate can work together.
