The theme for the third day of the Democratic National Convention is "Working Together." Previous speakers included Vice President Joe Biden and Michael Bloomberg.

Biden in speaking about Hillary Clinton: "Everybody knows she's smart. Everybod knows she's tough. But I know what she's passionate about. I know Hillary."

"We all know what it will mean for our daughters and granddaughters when Hillary Clinton walks into the White House. It will change their lives," Biden says to great cheers.

Biden says public service is Hillary Clinton's life, but that's not Donald Trump's story.

"His cynicism is unbounded, his lack of empathy and compassion can be summed up" in his trademark phrase "You're fired!" Biden says.

"How can there be pleasure in saying you're fired," Biden says, fairly shouting, "He's trying to tell us he cares about the middle class? Give me a break! That's malarkey!"
