Retired Rear Admiral John Hutson he says he knows two things that Donald Trump does not: law and order. Hutson was an 11-year law school dean.

Hutson refers to Trump's urging Russia to hack the U.S., eliciting boos from the delegates.

Hutson called Trump's comment criminal intent.

Hutson says more than 120 Republican national security experts said Trump would make America less safe. He also criticizes Trump for mocking war hero John McCain, a senator from Arizona.

Hutson says he used to serve in the same Navy as McCain and vote in the same party as McCain. He says, "Donald, you're not qualified to police John McCain's boots."

The crowd cheers at this.

Hutson said, "Victory for them (U.S. enemies) won't be found on the battlefield. It will be found in making us more like them."

"Donald Trump is a walking, talking ad for terrorists."
