LIVE BLOG: Obama, Kaine, Biden Make the Case for Hillary Clinton as President

update

The theme for the third day of the Democratic National Convention is "Working Together." Previous speakers included Vice President Joe Biden and Michael Bloomberg.

Biden says Donald Trump has no clue about the middle class, to which the crowd begins chanting, "Not a clue!"

Biden says public service is Hillary Clinton's life, but that's not Donald Trump's story.

"His cynicism is unbounded, his lack of empathy and compassion can be summed up" in his trademark phrase "You're fired!" Biden says.

"How can there be pleasure in saying you're fired," Biden says, fairly shouting, "He's trying to tell us he cares about the middle class? Give me a break! That's malarkey!"
