Report Criticizes Clinton's Email Practices

The monster issue that has been plaguing Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign is rearing its head again: a new government report says the former secretary of state violated department rules by using her private email server for official business. The State Department inspector general is expected to issue a report Thursday saying the practice had security risks. Zlatica Hoke reports.
