Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez says he will begin a fourth round of chemotherapy treatment in Cuba on Sunday.
Before leaving for Cuba on Saturday, Chavez said the treatment will likely be his last as he prepares to make a full recovery.
Initially, President Chavez went to Cuba in June to have a cancerous tumor removed from his pelvic area.
He returned to Cuba twice for chemotherapy treatments before receiving his third treatment at a Venezuelan hospital earlier this month.
Chavez has vowed to be fit for his bid for another six year term in next year's election.
