Hundreds of demonstrators were out in Charlotte for a fourth night of protests after the fatal police shooting of Keith Lamont Scott, an African-American man, on Tuesday. Protesters blocked Interstate Highway 277 for a time and chanted, "Hands up, don't shoot."
