Cambodians are voting Sunday in general elections that are expected to extend Prime Minister Hun Sen's 28-year rule.
Opposition leader Sam Rainsy alleges the long-time ruler is running an unfair vote.

Sam Rainsy returned to Cambodia from self-imposed exile July 19 after Hun Sen arranged to pardon him for a series of crimes. Sam Rainsy said his convictions were politically motivated.
More than 9.6 million people are registered to vote in the elections. At least one-third are under the age of 30.
