California Fires Kill 15, Scenes of Devastation Staggering

Devastating wildfires in Northern California have killed 15 people so far and destroyed about 2,000 homes and businesses. A new brush fire is now moving through an area south of Los Angeles. Thousands of residents have had to be evacuated to escape the fast-moving fires. VOA's Zlatica Hoke reports some people have lost all their possessions in the blazes.
