Biden Expands US-ASEAN ‘Strategic Partnership’

U.S. President Joe Biden has announced plans to provide up to $102 million to expand the U.S. strategic partnership with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). The announcement came Tuesday during a virtual summit with the 10-nation bloc, as VOA’s White House Bureau Chief Patsy Widakuswara reports.
