Small Skirmishes Flare in Baltimore as Police Enforce Curfew
Baltimore residents took to the streets again Tuesday after Monday's rioting over the death of 25-year-old black man Freddie Gray in police custody. Though largely peaceful, skirmishes between small groups of protesters and police flared after dark, leading to at least 10 arrests.
