Coming Soon: Fewer 'Perfect' Days

There is such a thing as a perfect day, and here is how NOAA scientists describe it: temperatures between 18 and 30 degrees Celsius, less than a centimeter of rain, and low humidity. But, don't get used to those days. In a new study, NOAA says they're becoming less common. VOA's Kevin Enochs reports.
