Anti-Drug Student Film Contest Encourages Kids to Take a Stand
When Frederick County Council member Billy Shreve watched films made by students at a Maryland Film Festival last year, he was surprised at the talent and creativity of young filmmakers. Faiza Elmasry tells us more about the contest and its first three winners. Faith Lapidus narrates.
