Stephanie Ho is a correspondent based in VOA's Washington headquarters. She spent five years as a VOA Beijing correspondent, from 1995-2000, where she reported from around China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Mongolia.
Other than a brief hiatus at film school in London, Stephanie has been at VOA since starting as an intern in late 1991. Stephanie is from California and graduated with a BA in Chinese history from the University of California at Berkeley.
She is married. Her hobbies these days are forced home improvement, cooking and eating. She also still likes to watch good movies - even though she is now convinced she doesn't want to make them.
