The Israeli military says it has carried out an air strike in the Gaza Strip, after a Palestinian rocket attack wounded five people on a farm in southern Israel.
The militant group Islamic Jihad says three of its members were wounded in Tuesday's air strike.

In other news, Israel's Supreme Court has given the government two weeks to review a policy that prevents Palestinian students in the Gaza Strip from studying abroad.
The court heard petitions Monday brought by the human rights group Gisha on behalf of two Palestinian students who have been denied exit permits for programs in Germany and Britain.
During the hearing, one justice warned the government's policy of denying exit visas to students from the Gaza Strip is harming any chance for coexistence between Israelis and Palestinians.
The policy gained international attention after U.S. officials announced last week that they had withdrawn Fulbright scholarship grants for seven Palestinian students because the students could not get exit visas.
The U.S. State Department has since reinstated the awards.
