Democratic Party voters in Puerto Rico go to the polls on June 1 in the U.S. territory's Presidential primary. Residents cannot vote in the general election for U.S. president, despite being American citizens. But they can participate in primaries. One poll of Puerto Rican voters puts Senator Hillary Clinton ahead of Senator Barack Obama by more than 10 percent in the battle for the Democratic Party's nomination. But the Caribbean island's influence on American politics does not end there. As Steve Mort reports from Florida, Puerto Ricans now make up an important voting bloc on the United States mainland.
