Justin Timberlake is launching his own record label.
The 26-year-old entertainer, who has sold more than 13 million copies of his first two solo albums, has established Tennman Records in a joint venture with the Interscope label.
He will serve as chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company, which will be based in Los Angeles and distributed worldwide by Interscope Geffen A & M.
While some artists have already been signed to Tennman, a formal announcement offering details will be made in the coming weeks.
Justin Timberlake says "We are all excited about the talent we have to offer already on our roster, and I cannot wait to introduce the world to my new discoveries."
