Dallas forward Dirk Nowitzki scored 31 points and pulled down 11 rebounds to lead the Mavericks, who have won 11 consecutive games overall, and lead the NBA with a record of 46-9. Denver's loss Saturday was the fourth straight for the struggling Nuggets.
Toronto's Chris Bosh scored all 24 of his points in the second half as his Raptors beat the Charlotte Bobcats 93-76. Bosh also had 11 boards in Toronto's victory in Charlotte that snapped the Bobcats' team-record four-game winning streak.
The San Antonio Spurs crushed the Seattle SuperSonics 102-71 for a fifth straight win, the Utah Jazz thumped the bottom-feeding Boston Celtics 105-87, and the Milwaukee Bucks snapped a seven-game skid with a 109-90 triumph over the Philadelphia 76ers. Also, the Los Angeles Clippers trounced cross-state rival, the Golden State Warriors 103-90, getting 31 points and 12 rebounds from Elton Brand.
