U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said again Sunday that she has no interest in running for president in 2008.
A group pushing for a Rice presidential run has aired a television commercial in New Hampshire, the state which traditionally hosts the country's first presidential primary.
Interviewed on two U.S. television talk shows, Secretary Rice said she is flattered by the ad but has no desire to run for office.
She told NBC's Meet the Press that being president is not what she wants to do with her life.
Ms. Rice first denied having any interest in the job on the same program back in March.
Some Republicans believe Ms. Rice would be the party's best presidential candidate for the 2008 election if Democrats nominate Senator Hillary Clinton, wife of former President Bill Clinton.
