In this photograph released by the Iraqi Special Tribunal on June 13, 2005, former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein is seen being questioned by investigating magistrates |
Al-Arabiya said the hearing was held Thursday.
The tape showed a tribunal official reading charges against Saddam, including the confiscation of property belonging to Iraqi Kurds and Shi'ite Muslims.
Saddam interrupted the official at least twice, including to complain that he is not allowed to see his lawyer except at hearings.
On Sunday, a tribunal judge said a date for the start of Saddam's trial could be announced in a matter of days, as investigations are nearing their final stages.
