A second group that says it has links to the al-Qaida terrorist network has claimed responsibility for Thursday's attacks in London.

The same group also claimed responsibility for the March, 2004 Madrid train bombings that killed nearly 200 people.
Just hours after Thursday's bombings, a group calling itself "The Secret Organization of al-Qaida in Europe" issued a statement on another Arabic language Islamist website claiming responsibility for the attacks.
Neither claim has been verified.
