The acting head of the United Nations refugee agency is in Darfur, Sudan, to review

Wendy Chamberlin arrived Tuesday by helicopter at the Zalingei camp, home to more than 60,000 displaced people.
Reuters news agency quotes Ms. Chamberlin as saying security at the camp remains a major problem. She said the U.N. refugee agency is handing out fuel to women so they don't have to leave the camps to collect firewood and risk attacks or rape by militiamen.
Ms. Chamberlin has already traveled to Sudan's capital, Khartoum, to meet with Sudanese officials, accused of backing Arab militias fighting rebels in Darfur. She is also expected to visit Chad, home to tens of thousands of Sudanese refugees who have fled Darfur.
