Voters in parts of Macedonia are heading to the polls Sunday for runoff municipal elections, following reports of numerous irregularities in the first round two weeks ago.
Macedonia's Supreme Court ordered the runoffs in 57 mayoral races including the capital of Skopje.
The Associated Press says two men were arrested Sunday on charges of stuffing ballot boxes near the northern town of Kumanovo. And at least one ethnic Albanian party was urging supporters to boycott the run-offs in response to voting irregularities two weeks ago.
The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe criticized the original vote, and hundreds of international observers are monitoring the runoff.
