Police Body Cameras Introduce New Challenges

A string of deadly police incidents in the U.S. has led to more frequent use of police body cameras in an effort to ensure greater transparency. The use of those cameras is raising new concerns about civil liberties and privacy for both citizens and law officers. VOA's Robert Raffaele reports.
