Ukraine, Russia Trade Blame in Donetsk Shelling; 8 Dead

Ukrainian authorities said an artillery shell has hit a trolley bus in the eastern city of Donetsk, killing at least eight people and sparking accusations of blame from both Ukraine and Russia.
